Terms of Use – Libya Cloud

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Libya Cloud services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.

2. Prohibited and Illegal Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using any Libya Cloud services for:

• Defamation, harassment, or spreading harmful or false information.
• Uploading, sharing, storing, or displaying pornographic or illegal content.
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any unlawful financial activity.
• Conducting or facilitating illegal money transfers or transactions.
• Any action that threatens national security or misuses cloud infrastructure for illegal purposes.

Libya Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities and may cooperate with authorities.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the services for lawful purposes only. Illegal or harmful use of the services is prohibited. Some services may require account registration; you are responsible for your account security.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials are the exclusive property of Libya Cloud. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the services or materials without prior written permission.

5. User Data

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using Libya Cloud services. Uploading files that violate copyrights, contain harmful software, or otherwise breach applicable laws or policies is prohibited. Libya Cloud may suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Cloud Services & Security

While Libya Cloud strives for high availability and security, the company does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. You are responsible for backing up your data.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some Libya Cloud services require paid subscriptions. All fees follow the pricing terms of each service. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Account Termination

Libya Cloud may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may request account deletion at any time, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that may require certain data to be retained.

9. VPS/VDS Service Termination

For VPS/VDS services, the server will be shut down and deleted immediately on the same service end date at 6:00 PM.

10. “Unlimited” Usage Policies

Libya Cloud provide unlimited disk space and email accounts as long as the customer uses the service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the selected hosting package.

Shared hosting means that multiple websites are hosted on the same server. For this reason, it is designed for mid websites, personal projects, and mid businesses,It is not intended for large enterprise websites, high-traffic platforms, or web applications that require dedicated resources. Such projects should be hosted on VPS, cloud servers, or dedicated servers.

To ensure stable performance and fairness for all customers using the same shared hosting environment, Libya Cloud reserves the right to apply reasonable limits, restrictions, or corrective actions when usage affects server performance, security, or service quality.

Libya Cloud does not place a fixed limit on the disk space used by a customer’s website, provided that the storage is used only for normal website files, databases, and email related to the hosted domain.

The unlimited hosting plan must not be used for online file storage, backups, archiving, media libraries, log storage, software repositories, or any other non-website-related storage.

Database usage is also subject to fair usage limits. Usage that exceeds 4GB total across all MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, or exceeds 3GB in a single MySQL/PostgreSQL database, may be considered outside normal shared hosting usage and may require optimization, reduction, or an upgrade to a more suitable service.

Any misuse of the service may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of the hosting account.

Libya Cloud may request the customer to reduce usage, optimize their website or databases, upgrade to a more suitable service, or move to a VPS or dedicated server if the account exceeds normal shared hosting usage or impacts other customers on the same server.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Libya Cloud services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Libya Cloud is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
