Why am I seeing a black screen when I'm connected to my server?

If you see a black screen after the initial connection when connecting via VNC, then this is correct, just click into the VNC window and press the Enter key. Your operating system will then respond with the login screen.

If this doesn't work we also recommend rebooting your server.

What should I do if I'm still having issues with my server?

If you're still experiencing problems, you can contact Libya Cloud Support.

Please provide the Libya Cloud support team with as much of the following information as possible to help expedite their investigation:

• When did the problem first occur?
• What activities were in progress when the problem occurred? 
• Is the problem persistent or temporary? 
• Can you provide log files of the problem?
• Can you provide any error messages or error codes you received?
• What programs or applications are installed on the server that may be interfering with the setup?
• Please provide your login and port information so that the support team can access your server for diagnosis.
