Why am I getting an incorrect password error when logging into my server via VNC?

In order to continuously provide you with the best performance, we occasionally need to migrate instances in the background to ensure an even system load.

These migrations take place in the background and have no impact on you. All data, passwords and your IP address remain the same. Only the VNC credentials change. You can always check the current host number in the Control Panel, and the updated VNC credentials will be available by clicking on the 'Manage' button next to your VPS/VDS.

If you have checked that the VNC credentials you are using are correct and you're still unable to log in via VNC, please check the following:

1. First, check if your keyboard layout is reversed. For example, if your z and y keys are reversed, you must press the z key when you want to type a y, and vice versa.
   
   You can easily test your keyboard settings by typing the password into the username input field (do not press Enter), watch what happens and compare the password with the result of your input to see if they match.
   
   
2. Next, we recommend resetting your password. You can do this via the Control Panel.
